If there is an actor who never disappoints with giving something to talk about, it is Adam Sandler. And, on this occasion, he does it because of the successes achieved with the film “Hustler”, which could well be the perfect gift for his 56th birthday.
This September 9, the protagonist of films such as “The Water Boy”, “Big Daddy” and “Son como niños” celebrates another year of life breaking several records with “Hustle”a sports drama in which he plays a basketball scout.
Thanks to this Netflix production, Adam Sandler has received some of the best reviews of his career to date. And it is that on the Rotten Tomatoes site, specialized in reviewing the film releases of the moment, it achieved a flattering score of 89 percent.
As for the perspective of his fans, the tape shows the best performance within the American’s career so far. With a score of 94 percent, “Hustle” ranks above “Happy Gilmore” and “Reign Over Me” among the crowd favorites.
This is more than good news for Adam Sandler, who for more than a decade has been considered the most “hated” actor in Hollywood, because throughout his career he has been involved in dozens of controversies that have done little for his image.
These controversies have given him the fame of continuing to promote machismo in the film industry. One of the most well-known scandals is the one where actress Rose McGowan said on Twitter that she was “advised” to wear a cleavage at a casting for Adam Sandler and hold push up.
