For this edition the festival will have four different areas:
gastronomic corridor
In more than 25 stands, the exhibitors of different projects will be cooking at the moment to offer great dishes previously curated by the festival. Among the participants of this edition are: Silvio Navajas, Uncle Klaus, Alma Negra, Oh My Dog, Pastry shop, Elvis, Esquite Ruls, La cochinita de mi jefa, Tizne Tacomotora, Fack Yeah, Chubbies Burger, Comal, Homie Pizza, Ahumados Pelican, Metro Cacao, Marquesitas de barrio, Mercado el cien, Cevicheves de Sinaloa, to name a few.
One of these will be able to win a Comilona Trophy for their participation in which the following criteria will be evaluated: quality of the products, service, setting and the level of experimentation are the main requirements to choose the winner.

In Comilona an experience is offered in the Desktop area, a series of presentations, workshops and collaborations that open a space for discussion and rapprochement between attendees, exhibitors and collaborators who celebrate gastronomy.
These activities will have an additional cost to the entrance, that is why it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance since these activities will have limited space.
Conscious Feast
For this 11th edition, the aim is to speed up the process of recycling and reusing raw materials in Mexico, inviting exhibitors not to use Styrofoam and looking for environmentally friendly alternatives.
This feast seeks to raise awareness about the mismanagement of edible oil and the way in which this waste is one of the main sources of contamination of bodies of water.

How to attend Comilona?
Tickets for the festival can be obtained through the page of bulletin . In that same league you can find tickets for workshops and presentations at a cost. Gastronomy and hospitality students enter free of charge by presenting their valid student ID.
