Discover the list of villains that only Batman can defeat.
two face
The clashes between Batman and Two-Face are interesting, as the Dark Knight knows how to bend Two-Face’s two personalities, and with that Harvey Dent gains control of both of his personalities temporarily.
the mutants
In The Dark Knight Returns Gotham City is in chaos, and groups like the Mutants had great power over the city, something that leads Batman to come out of retirement to return the city to its inhabitants.
Batman knew that to defeat this gang, he had to go with the same leader to defeat him in a duel against all the mutants, who manage to reconsider and now call themselves the sons of Batman.
Thalia Al Ghul
The story of Batman and Talia is one of encounters and disagreements, but the daughter of Ra’s Al Ghul has won in her own right to consider herself a villain before the Dark Knight, and proof of this is being the architect of the fearsome Leviathan espionage agency.
Talia can turn the entire DC Universe upside down, but he, the only one who can stand up to her is Batman, who based on intelligence can put a stop to Talia.
Lady Shiva
One of the best exponents of martial arts in the DC Universe has managed to defeat various heroes and villains in bloody combat, including Bruce Wayne, who went to Shiva for training before regaining the mantle of Batman.
But Batman himself knows that without falling into Shiva’s low resources, such as murder, he can stop his intentions by using his experience and learning against the assassin.
scarecrow
Physically Jonathan Crane is not a risk for Batman, but both the villain and the Bat-Man are experts in instilling fear in their rivals, but Scarecrow takes this to the extreme with his toxins.
Batman has managed to work for years on how to neutralize the toxins and thus be able to defeat Scarecrow, something that not all the heroes of the DC Universe achieve.
The Black Glove
Let’s go back to the year 2000, in Batman RIP, when The Black Glove, an organization of villains led by Doctor Hurt, managed to defeat various heroes throughout the planet, based on their characteristics and weaknesses.
But The Black Glove hit a wall against Batman, who anticipated the plans of this organization, which got a dose of its own medicine when they thought they had defeated the Dark Knight.
Ra’s Al Ghul
Ra’s Al Ghul is one of the most dangerous villains of all time, and his obsession with world domination has led him to develop ideas as detailed as using Batman’s plans to stop each of the members of the League of Justice.
But what the Demon Head did not take into account is that in the face of these plans, Batman has a contingency plan to stop the intentions of those who misuse their protocols to stop their allies.
riddler
One of the most Machiavellian men in the gallery of Batman villains is Riddler, who based on his macabre riddles and clues has brought more than one to their knees, including Bat Man himself.
But Batman has dealt with Edward Nygma for several years, so the fight against the Riddler is a combat of intelligence against intelligence where Batman finds a minimal opportunity to defeat the fearsome Riddler.
joker
This love-hate relationship between Batman and Joker is unique in the DC Universe. The clown prince of crime has sought to challenge other heroes like Superman, Wonder Woman, and even though they can lock the villain in Arkham, Joker doesn’t see that as defeat.
But the only hero who can truly defeat Joker is Batman, and the villain who seeks to defeat Batman is Joker.
bane
Cruel and cunning, they are two characteristics that can define Bane who can become the only villain who has defeated Batman twice, the first leaving him an invalid, while the second had more echo by expelling the Bat from Gotham, in addition to murdering to Alfred, Bruce Wayne’s saddest moment since the death of his parents.
But Batman did not sit idly by in the face of these defeats, and managed to stand up to Bane based on intelligence and strategic experience, something that almost no hero in the DC Universe can balance.
