We will have a new summer for Leia Forman and we will continue going down to his grandparents basement. In a move that seems increasingly strange, the Netflix platform has renewed just a few weeks after its premiere ‘That wonderful 90’ for a season 2.
The comedy, sequel to ‘That ’70s Show’ proposes a new generation of teenagers who will meet in the home of the Formans (Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp). This time through her granddaughter Leia (Callie Haverda) and her newly found friends of hers from Point Place.
hello 1996
Those responsible for this new series, Bonnie, Terry Turner (co-creators of the original), their daughter Lyndsay Turner and Gregg Mettler, already commented that their idea was to jump from year to year with each season. This means that in season 2 we will jump to 1996.
Along with Smith, Rupp and Haverda, the main cast of the series consists of Ashley Aufderheide, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Sam Morelos, Reyn Doin and Mace Coronel. In addition, in season 1 we saw almost all of the main cast of ‘That ’70s Show: Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Wilmer Valderrama.
