Espinof recommends
‘Belfast’
An imposing film that is capable of being precious and “artie” while visually narrating with brio, humor and advancing and telling things in each shot in its scant 98 minutes. This cinema was missed very, very much, with an intelligent point of view by Kenneth Branagh, who positions us from the innocence of a child to deal with the conflict in Northern Ireland, always adapting to that childish logic with the same candid energy sprinkled with hindrance and a clear position against the irrational dogma. What sincerity and clarity of the director in the tribute to his parents.
