A couple of million years ago, when the first humans arose, all the species on Earth were in harmony. predators and prey carried out their cycle in total balance and there was room for everyone and everything. However, as our species evolved and became more skilled and intelligent, the landscape began to change dramatically.
And there, in the middle of green meadows, on the banks of rivers and seas and even in steep mountains, humans began to build houses and roads. Soon those small mud buildings became huge skyscrapers made of cold metal, concrete and glass. And the dirt roads became wide highways where all kinds of vehicles travel that must travel from the high mountains to the low coasts to keep everyone connected.
Unknowingly, we humans wage a silent battle against nature for more and more space to house our kind and some of the animals we domesticated that now cannot survive without us. But although it seems that we are the winners of this hard fight, nature appears to remind us that it is the greatest force on this planet and that no one can stop it.
Between the cracks in the roads and the corners of the buildings, nature makes its way with small shoots. Below we want to show you some examples of the great power that nature has.
